Common questions
Is there a free plan?
There's no free tier, but every plan starts with a free 30-day trial — the full platform, no credit card, no commitment. If it's not right for your club, walk away and nothing is charged.
How does the athlete-profile count work?
You're priced on the number of registered athletes on your site, not on coaches or staff — those are always unlimited. Pick the tier that covers your squad; if you grow past it, move up a tier, and if your numbers drop off-season, move back down.
Where does our club's data live?
Each club gets its own dedicated database — your athletes' data is never pooled with other clubs. You can request a full export at any time.
Do athletes need accounts and passwords?
No. Athletes sign in with their athlete number and a one-time code sent to their email. Nothing to forget, nothing to reset.
Can we use our own domain?
Every club gets a yourclub.getkaha.app address included. On the Academy and Institution plans we'll also serve your site on a full custom domain you own.
Can we bring in existing testing results?
Yes — if you've been testing in spreadsheets, we'll help you import historical results during onboarding so trends carry over from day one.
